National Car Rental is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at the Sioux Falls Airport (2801 N Jaycee Lane, Sioux Falls, SD 57104). The role starts at $17 per hour and offers opportunities to provide friendly, efficient service and guide customers through rental terms and vehicle options.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing reservations, explaining terms, upselling protection products and upgrades, and maintaining a high standard of attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record within recent years.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and other services.
• Offer protection products, upgrades, and additional equipment.
• Assist with reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries.
• Notify management of customer or vehicle issues and maintain records.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
