Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative at our Pensacola center. You will greet customers, deliver extraordinary service, and support internal and external clients with front-office duties.

The role includes monitoring work volumes, coordinating Rental Car partners to provide one-stop service, and understanding insurance requirements for authorizations and billing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet internal and external customers and provide extraordinary service.
• Monitor center work volume and advise load level requests when necessary.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and loads.
