Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and provide extraordinary service while coordinating rentals and supporting center operations.

You will interact with internal and external customers, manage workloads, and navigate multiple software systems including Microsoft Office. We offer weekly pay, benefits from day one, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems and prioritize tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume and recommend load level adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow providers to offer one-stop service for customers.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
