Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Corona, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding customer experiences and support the repair facility team with comprehensive administrative tasks.

You will schedule repairs, coordinate with insurers, and prepare repair orders while ensuring rental and communication details are accurately logged in CCC One. This role includes managing ARMS and maintaining smooth workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year in a similar admin role preferred.
• 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurance companies.
• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and follow scripting.
• Obtain repair authorization docs and prepare repair orders for processing.
• Record communications with customers/insurers in CCC One notes.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage details.
• Manage ARMS system to ensure rentals are reflected in CCC One.
