Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a customer-focused CSR to deliver an exceptional experience for customers and insurance partners. You will handle administration for the Repair Facility Team and coordinate scheduling, documentation, and communications throughout the repair process.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and at least one year in a similar admin role or auto-body environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or related environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan in daily operations.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with checklists, orders, parts lists and windshield tags.
• Record communications with customers/insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Manage ARMS to reflect vehicles in CCC One throughout the day.
