Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Farmington, AR is seeking a customer service representative to deliver an exceptional experience for every repair. You will manage relationships with customers and insurance providers while delivering all administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

The role requires High School Diploma or GED and about 1 year of related admin or automotive-shop experience; familiarity with CCC One and ARMS systems is a plus. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year admin or customer service experience.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or related setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and consistent customer experience.
• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and daily planning tools.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations.
• Prepare repair order packets with QC checklists and parts lists.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Manage rental car information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Operate ARMS daily to track vehicles and CCC One entries.
