Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience at our repair facility. You will manage communications with customers and insurers and support the repair process from scheduling to documentation.

The role requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and customer-focused sales drive. A valid driver’s license and relevant experience are needed. This is a full-time position at our Elk River, MN facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including previous customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurers.
• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and related scripting.
• Obtain necessary repair authorization documentation to disassemble vehicles for repairs.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists, parts list, and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers and insurers in CCC One notes and select communication type.
