Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, identify their needs and provide guidance for repairs. The role supports Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping, photographing and coordinating transportation, while preparing required paperwork and handling deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for repairs.
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, teammates and vendors.
