Job summary

Caliber Collision in Wesley Chapel is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine their needs, and respond with guidance. • 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for our company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist collision estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking, and vehicle photography.
• Arrange customer transportation and handle paperwork and deliveries as required.
