Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, especially Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
