Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure an outstanding customer experience and support the Repair Facility Team. You will handle administrative tasks, schedule repairs, and coordinate with insurance partners.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Prior auto industry or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or similar environment including customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurance partners.
• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list and rental indicators.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with usage details.
• Manage ARMS to ensure vehicles are tracked in CCC One.
