Responsibilities

• Accurately enters sales orders and processes acknowledgments, purchase orders, and shipping papers.
• Processes invoices and receipts for commissions and accounts payable.
• Handles customer billing, including commissions and service orders.
• Communicates with vendors to follow up and expedite orders.
• Tracks orders and ensures ship dates are met.
• Fosters superior customer service and resolves issues with vendors and customers.
