Kelly is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Elkhorn, WI to hire a Customer Service Representative. You will coordinate orders, process shipments, and support customers directly in a collaborative team environment.

This direct hire role emphasizes accurate order entry, ERP/CRM usage, and strong communication with internal departments. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in manufacturing customer service and proficiency in Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher required.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in manufacturing.
• Freight/shipping experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the chemical industry or related industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter incoming purchase orders into an ERP system.
• Maintain accurate customer records including location changes, ship dates, quantities, and revisions.
• Communicate order updates with internal departments.
• Serve as contact for customers regarding open and shipped purchase orders.
• Coordinate shipping dates with customers.
• Prepare and send reports and documents to customers on request.
• Provide backup support for other CSRs and Receptionist duties.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, freight representatives, and coworkers.
• Manage time and schedules to meet goals and objectives.
• Work independently with limited supervision.
• Follow company safety, quality, and general policies.
