Responsibilities

• Welcome in-shop customers and resolve concerns quickly with creative solutions.
• Manage calls, emails, and faxes for service issues, pricing, warranties, and dispatch.
• Verify information and complete work orders, including insurance verification.
• Process invoices, buyouts, and credit memos; update/ rebill as needed.
• Review orders from the national center and manage dealer part orders.
