Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with team-building.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, chat, social media, or email politely and professionally.
• Work with customers daily to sustain and improve relationships.
• Ask probing questions to identify issues.
• Ensure accurate account maintenance and data updates.
• Schedule deliveries and negotiate for new and returning customers.
