The role emphasizes problem solving, accurate account maintenance, and timely delivery scheduling, with opportunities to de-escalate issues and assist with soft collections when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• US Citizenship or eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, chat, social media, or email in a courteous, professional manner.
• Work daily with customers to sustain and improve relationships.
• Ask probing questions to identify customer issues.
• Update and maintain accurate account information.
• Use problem-solving techniques to resolve requests efficiently.
• Schedule deliveries and negotiate for new and returning customers.
• Handle general service orders, emergency scripts, and pricing questions.
• De-escalate difficult situations per policy.
• Send statements and invoices; perform soft collections for past-due accounts.
• Assist in setting up new customer accounts.
• Meet or exceed performance standards per policy.
