The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools as you manage accounts and assist with deliveries and pricing inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Must be a US citizen or have authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, chat, social media, or email professionally.
• Engage with customers daily to maintain and improve relationships.
• Ask probing questions to identify issues or concerns.
• Maintain accurate account information and updates.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries and basic negotiations for orders.
• Handle general service questions, pricing queries, and contract information.
• Assist with de-escalation per policy and soft collections by phone if needed.
• Support setup of new customer accounts and meet performance standards.
