Job summary

The Army & Air Force Exchange Service (The Exchange) is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a team of Customer Experience Associates, delivering extraordinary customer service while meeting sales goals at Fort Hunter Liggett. You will plan daily workloads, create schedules, and foster accountability to ensure memorable shopping experiences.

This regular part-time role offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, paid leave, and access to base facilities as a DoD employee; you will help

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or the equivalent.
• Retail experience.
• Willingness and potential for additional responsibility.
• Complete the management motor compliance course number 175S within three months of occupying position.
• If qualified candidates are not available, minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.
