Job summary

The Army & Air Force Exchange Service, also known as the Exchange, is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, handle transactions, and assist across departments on base. You will join an award-winning team and help deliver service excellence to Soldiers, Airmen and their families.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Ability to think quickly to answer customer questions.
• Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and team members.
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Retail experience preferred
• Completion of High School or the equivalent.

• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers.
• Assist customers with bagging and moving large/heavy items.
