The Army & Air Force Exchange Service, known as the Exchange, is hiring a Shift Supervisor to manage a branch facility and oversee associates as they execute sales strategies, deliver customer experiences, and meet store goals.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for shift operation of an Exchange branch facility. Oversees associates in the execution of strategies to deliver a tailored customer experience within assigned areas.You will learn the understanding of sales goals, planning and executing daily/weekly workloads to deliver on department and store sales goals as well as customer engagement. You will create schedules that aligns with customer and business needs and lead a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management on critical service and engagement behaviors. You will quickly respond to and deescalate negative customer experiences and ensure that your team understands and is empowered to make things right for the best customers in the world.

The Exchange ensures Soldiers and Airmen have access to US goods and services, wherever they serve.
Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience. Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility. If applicable to position, associate must successfully complete the management motor compliance course number 175S within three months of occupying position.
