The Army & Air Force Exchange Service (the Exchange) is hiring a Customer Experience Associate. You will greet customers, perform transactions accurately, and assist with bagging and moving items while maintaining excellent service on US bases.

We value quick thinking, adaptability, and clear communication. The role includes training across store areas, access to base facilities, and a path toward professional growth within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School or the equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
• Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to your lane to let them know you’ll be right with them
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
• Help customers by following the proper procedure for bagging merchandise and moving large or heavy items
