The Army & Air Force Exchange Service (the Exchange) is hiring Customer Experience Associates at the Main Store and Express locations. You’ll greet customers, process transactions, assist with bagging, and help ensure a smooth checkout while engaging with shoppers.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School or the equivalent.
• Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
• Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to your lane
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in conversation
• Help customers by following proper bagging procedures and moving large or heavy items
