Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and ensures start-up procedures, cash handling, and stock room readiness.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services.
• Maintains store systems, pricing, and signage in accordance with policies.
• Supports inventory control, vendor deliveries, and displays.
