Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused team member in Rhode Island to greet customers, manage calls and walk-ins, and support the General Managers and Service Advisors. The role involves clerical tasks, basic accounting entries, and balance month-end statements.

A strong emphasis on patience, organization, and effective communication is required. The position offers full-time hours with a salary range reflecting hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.

• Manage incoming calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence; direct to appropriate person or department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables/payables and enter information into accounting systems and spreadsheets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
