Job summary

All Fleet Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to manage customer service needs for fleets. You will work with technicians to ensure prompt, efficient service and maintain clear communication with customers throughout repairs and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of trucking or a shop setting is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with a CRM system.
• Knowledge of the trucking industry or experience in a mechanical shop is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls and respond to inquiries via email or chat.
• Coordinate and schedule repair and maintenance services for customer fleets.
• Keep customers informed about the status of repairs and maintenance.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Document service requests and maintain accurate records in the system.
