Job summary

All Fleet Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to manage customer service needs for fleets. You will work with technicians to ensure prompt, efficient service and maintain clear communication with customers throughout repairs and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of trucking or a shop setting is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with a CRM system.
• Knowledge of the trucking industry or experience in a mechanical shop is a plus.

Responsibilities

Our team of skilled technicians work around the clock to keep our customers' fleets running smoothly. We are now seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our customers' service needs. You will work closely with our team of technicians to ensure that our customersreceive prompt and efficient service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound customer service calls and responding to inquiries via email or chat
• Coordinating and scheduling repair and maintenance services for our customers' fleets
• Keeping customersinformed of the status of their repairs and maintenance services
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Documenting service requests and maintaining accurate records in our system

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service in a related field
