Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is a mobile truck and trailer repair company seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join the Zion, Illinois team. You will manage all aspects of our customers' service needs, coordinating with technicians to ensure prompt repairs and maintenance for fleets.

In this role you will answer inbound calls, schedule services, keep customers informed of status, and document requests in our system, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Knowledge of trucking industry or mechanic shop experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls and respond to inquiries via email or chat
• Coordinate and schedule repair and maintenance services for fleets
• Keep customers informed of the status of repairs and maintenance services
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Document service requests and maintain accurate records in the system
