Job summary

Orkin in the United States is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to deliver top-tier service and coordinate pest-control visits. You will act as a subject matter expert, field calls, schedule service visits, and maintain efficient routes to reduce drive time for technicians.

You will engage with customers with empathy, uphold privacy, and support overall satisfaction while contributing to branch growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong attention to detail and follow through
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments
• Navigate Windows-based & Web-based systems to track routes and optimize schedules
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and distance
• Identify customer concerns and evaluate needs through probing questions
• Maintain customer database with accurate call details and outcomes
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours
• Support quality assurance processes and protect customer privacy
