Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Problem resolution and strong customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
• Team player able to multitask.
• Experience with Microsoft applications and call centers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer questions professionally utilizing all resources.
• Strive for excellence in customer contact; ensure communications are customer-focused and well documented.
• Monitor VOC and cycle time, and understand the impact of the role on outcomes.
• Provide customers with production and service information.
• Schedule customer installations per established processes.
• Follow up post-installation to ensure a delightful installation experience.
• Route customer calls to the appropriate department or resource.
• Keep informed of new processes and policies.
• Develop, qualify, and promote products and services; record-keeping of customer information.
