Crew2 is seeking a Project Coordinator to act as the main liaison between customers and the installation team, ensuring a seamless experience from scheduling to post-install follow-up. The role interfaces with installers, clients, service providers, and homeowners to support effective communication and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field required; OR equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience in building trades, installation, or construction service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily installation schedules and timeframes.
• Proactively review installation timing, requirements, and expectations with customers.
• Respond to incoming customer calls and service requests promptly.
• Follow up post-installation to confirm satisfaction and close out service needs.
• Serve as the primary contact and problem-solver when issues arise during the installation.
• Demonstrate excellence in customer communications, ensuring all correspondence is professional, timely, and thoroughly documented.
