Job summary

Crew2, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to serve as the main link between customers and the installation workforce, ensuring a seamless and high-quality installation experience.

You will interact daily with installers, clients, service providers, Crew2 personnel, and homeowners to support scheduling, communication, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will manage daily installation schedules, coordinate with providers, and maintain customer satisfaction metrics while supporting

Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor level education in Business, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Equivalent mix of education and relevant work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily installation schedules and timeframes; review timing, requirements, and expectations with customers.
• Dispatch work orders to service providers; communicate installation expectations to installers and verify customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with production to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and align service quality.
