Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to engage customers and drive sales.
• Comfortable with technology and store devices (smartphones, tablets).
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Create memorable store experiences by building team, customer, and community relationships.
• Greet and assist customers, providing personalized service to enhance shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and answer inquiries with professionalism.
• Support selling behaviors and mentor others to improve performance.
• Leverage selling tools and devices to offer omnichannel experiences and explain product features.
• Maintain policy knowledge and keep the team informed about products, promotions, events.
• Foster a positive store culture and celebrate associate achievements.
• Keep selling areas presentable and merchandise aligned with brand standards.
• Lead store fulfillment and asset protection in designated areas, following safety and security protocols.
