You will support events, oversee merchandising presentation, and collaborate with store operations to deliver exceptional service and achieve store objectives. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive store results by building relationships and connecting customers with products.
• Support events and merchandise presentations to meet store objectives.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers with personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and resolve inquiries.
• Lead by example, assist with onboarding and ongoing learning.
• Leverage selling tools and devices for omnichannel selling.
• Maintain policy knowledge and inform team about promotions and events.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Lead store fulfillment and asset protection in designated areas.
