Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to use data to support decisions
• Comfort with technology (smartphones, tablets, Windows)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays)
• Ability to engage customers and teammates effectively

Responsibilities

• Drive store results through personal, department, and storewide actions
• Build customer relationships and clienteling initiatives
• Greet and assist customers with personalized service
• Process transactions accurately and resolve inquiries
• Support selling behaviors and training for the team
• Leverage selling tools and inventory knowledge for seamless omnichannel experience
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
• Assist with store events and community engagement
