Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide an exceptional customer experience in our repair facility. You will manage relationships with customers and insurers while delivering comprehensive administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

Key responsibilities include scheduling repairs, obtaining necessary authorizations, coordinating rental information, and maintaining clear communication throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role such as administration assistant
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners during the repair process.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental car usage details.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day to ensure vehicles appear in ARMS and CCC One.
