Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide administrative support for the Repair Facility Team. You will manage relationships with customers and insurers, handle scheduling, documentation, and data entry across CCC One and ARMS systems.

Key responsibilities include coordinating repair appointments, obtaining authorizations, preparing RO packets, and maintaining accurate rental and communication records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or related environment and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using CCC One schedule and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation to disassemble vehicles.
• Prepare RO work packet with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners during the repair process in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage details; manage ARMS daily.
