Job summary

Avocado Mattress LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Associate I to join our on-site team in Fullerton, CA. This role is hourly non-exempt with potential monthly bonuses and a focus on responsive customer support across calls, chats, and emails.

You will document issues, route concerns to the right departments, and handle order inquiries while meeting performance metrics. A strong communicator with at least 1 year in customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to accept and adjust to constructive feedback.

• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails.
• Maintain documentation of customer issues and interactions.
• Route concerns to appropriate departments.
• Handle order inquiries and report vendor-related issues.
• Meet department performance metrics (PRP, QA, CSAT, and time logged in queues).
• All other assigned duties.
