Job summary

Avocado Mattress LLC in Corte Madera, CA seeks a Retail Brand Experience Assistant Store Manager to join on-site. This hourly, non-exempt role offers an opportunity to lead the team in guest experiences, coach staff in real-time, and drive sales goals with close collaboration with store managers and other departments.

The candidate will train staff on products and SOPs, monitor KPIs, assist with scheduling and performance reviews, and ensure excellent customer service across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, with store management or assistant management exposure.
• Comfort with Mac and Google Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in guest experience, coaching and feedback.
• Assist in managing and training store staff.
• Support inventory, scheduling, and store operations to minimize returns.
• Represent Avocado in community events and promote brand values.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
