Job summary

Avocado Green Brands is seeking a Packaging Associate in Fullerton to join the Packaging Team. You will prep, wrap, compress, and package finished mattresses for safe storage and shipment, using roll-pack and heat-sealing equipment.

The role requires physical strength and meticulous attention to detail, with hands-on work in a busy production setting. You’ll contribute to efficient, compliant operations, with on-site work at our Fullerton locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively within the team and to external partners.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Wrap finished mattresses in protective film or fabric.
• Apply guards, edge protectors, and padding to prevent damage.
• Operate packaging equipment to compress and ship mattresses.
• Label and document SKU, batch, and production date.
• Maintain a clean, safe packaging area per GMP/OSHA standards.
