Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You will assist across departments, stock merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met with a friendly, professional approach.

The role may be part-time with opportunities to grow. Lowe's offers health benefits, a 401(k), education programs, and employee discounts to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer experience including data entry.
• 6 months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Retail and/or customer service experience is a plus.
• Bi-lingual abilities and department certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service.
