Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with finding products, and support store operations. You’ll join a team that helps customers meet home improvement needs and ensures a positive shopping experience.

In this role, you’ll interact with customers throughout the day, stock shelves, and assist with checkouts, loading, and merchandising. A part-time schedule is available, with benefits and growth opportunities through Lowe's programs.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience using a computer for data entry.
• 6 months' experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties for extended periods; lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support the team.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint paint, cut piping, bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
