Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs without or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by finding empty shelf areas and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service quality
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/paint, cut pipe, cut wood, trim drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout; perform other duties as assigned
