Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find products for home improvements. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and process purchases, while contributing to a welcoming store environment.

The role supports a flexible schedule in a retail setting, with cross-training in multiple departments and opportunities for career growth within Lowe’s.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience using a computer and basic software.
• At least 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (paint, pipes, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
