Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our Sterling service center. You will greet customers, provide exceptional service, and help manage daily workflow while coordinating rental car arrangements.

You will also support insurance-related authorizations, billing, and load-level processes in a fast-paced, production shop environment. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service.
• Monitor work volume and suggest load level adjustments for the center.
• Coordinate Rental Car and related services to provide one-stop coverage for customers.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
