Caliber Collision—Service Center Ventura is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and deliver exceptional service while coordinating load levels, rental car arrangements, and insurance partner requirements.

This role requires 1+ year of customer-facing experience and proficiency with MS Office. You will operate in a fast-paced shop, collaborating with teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume for the center and recommend load level requests when necessary.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
