El Car Wash LLC in Florida is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to be the face of the brand, delivering energetic service and driving membership growth. You will educate customers on the Unlimited Membership, convert interest into loyalty, and resolve issues quickly while maintaining a clean, welcoming site.

This role requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays, with outdoor duties in varied conditions.

Qualifications

Confident handling of complaints.
Comfortable with POS systems.
Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.

Turn service into sales by reading the customer and closing.
Handle hard moments by resolving concerns quickly and professionally.

Log customer feedback in Micrologic and communicate insights to the team.
