Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Maryland is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience, coordinate with insurance partners, and provide essential administrative support for the Repair Facility Team.

You will schedule repairs using CCC One, obtain insurer authorizations, prepare RO packets, and log communications in CCC One. A high school diploma or GED and 1 year admin experience are required; auto body exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an admin role.
• Preferred 1 year in auto body or similar work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently and professionally.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and prepare RO packets.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Update ARMS and CCC One with rental information throughout the day.
