Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor work volume and make load level recommendations when needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service for customers.
• Understand insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes.
