Caliber Collision Oxnard is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and provide outstanding service while coordinating daily tasks in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will monitor workload, support calendar-based scheduling, and collaborate with rental car/tow providers to ensure seamless, one-stop service for customers. Knowledge of insurance authorizations and billing processes is helpful.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in a customer facing environment
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Ability to handle fast-paced workloads and competing priorities
• Ability to deliver personable, friendly service to customers and coworkers

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist internal and external customers with exceptional service
• Monitor work volume and load levels, recommending adjustments as needed
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow collaborations to provide one-stop service
• Understand insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and loads
