Caliber Collision - Service Center Orlando is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and deliver extraordinary service while coordinating workload and insurance processes. The role supports rental car/tow coordination to ensure one-stop service for clients in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary customer service.
• Monitor center work volume and manage load levels.
• Coordinate Rental Car and tow companies for one-stop service.
• Assist with insurance authorizations, billing and load level processes.
• Maintain knowledge of partner requirements and procedures.
